2. Description of Services

CleanSite Diagnostics provides diagnostic-led post-construction cleanup services for developers, contractors, and homeowners throughout Turkey. Our services include site assessment, debris identification, contamination analysis, and tailored cleanup solutions. We work with clients to identify specific challenges—including hazardous materials, dust contamination, and finish protection—and deliver transparent, reasoned solutions.

All service descriptions, timelines, and pricing provided on our website or through direct communication are estimates and subject to on-site verification. Final scope and cost may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during initial diagnostic assessment.

3. Permitted Use

No Guarantee of Results: While we employ rigorous diagnostic methodology and transparent processes, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. Site conditions, material availability, weather, and third-party coordination may affect project scope and duration. Our diagnostic assessment is based on information available at the time of evaluation.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, CleanSite Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. CleanSite Diagnostics operates in compliance with Turkish environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to post-construction cleanup and hazardous materials handling. Our team maintains relevant certifications and follows industry best practices. However, you acknowledge that post-construction cleanup involves inherent risks, and you assume responsibility for ensuring that all work performed meets your local regulatory requirements and building codes.

If you engage our services, you agree to provide accurate information about site conditions, hazardous materials present, and any regulatory constraints. Failure to disclose known hazards or contamination may result in additional costs and delays.

8. Confidentiality

We treat project information, site assessments, and client details as confidential. However, we may share necessary information with subcontractors, regulatory authorities, or insurance providers as required to complete your project or comply with legal obligations. By engaging our services, you consent to such necessary disclosures.

9. Payment Terms

Pricing for diagnostic assessments and cleanup services will be provided in writing following an initial site consultation. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and invoicing schedules will be specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services and additional collection costs.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be outlined in your service agreement. Diagnostic assessment fees are generally non-refundable once the assessment has been completed. Cancellation of cleanup services may incur charges for work already performed and equipment mobilization. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to hello@clinilabspathology.com.
